Striker Joins Up For Season
Former St Johnstone, Ross County and Dundee forward Sean Higgins has agreed a move to Falkirk until the end of the season. Steven Pressley confirmed that a deal had been struck for the 27-year old striker to join the Bairns after the Falkirk boss announced that he was in the market for a player “who had to be the right age and with the right experience".
Higgins today terminated his contract with St Johnstone by mutual consent and has sealed the transfer to Falkirk this afternoon (Friday).
Pressley singled out Higgins as “ a player who will strengthen us and brings a bit of experience in.”
The signing will be completed tomorrow, subject to the player's registration going through.
