'Bobby' cuts an intimidating physical presence in goal and though still young in goalkeeping terms the Austrian can boast a fine pedigree. A product of the Austria Vienna youth system at just 16 he displayed maturity and single-mindedness beyond his tender years to up sticks and head for Britain. Tempted to these shores by Aston Villa's Academy his footballing education gathered pace. A brief loan stint at Lincoln City whetted his appetite for further progression and he made the move north to Falkirk in search of regular first-team football. An Austrian youth international through the various age levels he has had to battle hard to make the number one jersey his own whilst continuing his development under the tutelage of goalkeeper coach Jim Preston.
