It’s set to be a busy summer at The Falkirk Stadium and with that in mind we are pleased to confirm this year’s pre season fixture schedule.
Paul Hartley’s side will begin their preparations for the start of the new campaign on Wednesday 20th June at The Falkirk Stadium, before heading south to Wales for a week long training camp. On Wednesday 27th June, the Bairns will face Newport County in a closed doors fixture.
On Friday 29th June, the squad will begin to make their way back North to Scotland, but will stop off on the way home for a fixture against Cefn Druid Football Club. This match will take place at The Rock (Rock Road, Rhosymedre, LL14 3YF) with kick off at 7:00pm.
The Bairns are back on the road on Wednesday 4th July as they take on Premiership side, Aberdeen FC at Abroath’s Gayfield Park. Kick off is at 7:30pm.
Our first match of the season at The Falkirk Stadium takes place on Saturday 7th July against League One side, Airdrieonians. It’s a 3:00pm kick off for that one with entry prices to be confirmed.
Next up sees Paul Hartley return to his former club as we travel to the Indodrill Stadium to take on Alloa Athletic on Tuesday 10th July. This match will kick off at 7:45pm.
That takes us up to the opening weekend of the 2018 Betfred Cup Group Stage on Saturday 14th July. The draw for this is expected to take place in early June.
Entry details for these pre-season fixtures will be announced on official club channels nearer the time.
