Falkirk FC is delighted to announce the signing of left-sided defender/midfielder, Patrick Brough.
Patrick signs a pre-contract agreement with the club and will join on a one year deal on 1st July 2018.
The 22-year old Carlisle youth product, spent four years as a professional player with the Cumbrians before moving on a permanent transfer to Morecambe FC in 2017.
Patrick, who signed at The Falkirk Stadium this morning, has also enjoyed loan spells with Lincoln City and Salford City.
Speaking of his latest new recruit, Paul Hartley commented: “Patrick joins us as a very versatile player who can give us options both in defence and midfield. He likes to get forward and comes highly recommended to us.
“We have moved quickly to ensure that we secured his signature as soon as possible following the conclusion of Morecambe’s season.
“I spoke a lot last week about looking for versatile players who can provide cover in a number of areas. Patrick ticks all those boxes and we look forward to him joining with the group when we return for pre-season training.”
