Falkirk FC is delighted to announce that goalkeeper, Robbie Mutch has agreed a contract extension until June 2021.

The young stopper had a tremendous season after joining from Aberdeen FC last summer.

Following a number of stand-out performances for the Development Squad, Robbie was handed his first team debut by Paul Hartley in a 0-0 draw with Livingston FC in December.

The goalkeeper continued to progress and was named Young Player of the Year at our 2018 Gala Awards last month, before going on to put in a terrific performance and claim Man of the Match in our final day victory over St Mirren.

Manager Paul Hartley, said: “I am absolutely delighted to have Robbie committed to the club for the next three years.

“Robbie is an outstanding young goalkeeper who is continuing to progress at a terrific rate. I think his potential came to fruition with his performance against St Mirren at the end of the season.

“It is very important to us to have our best young talent signed up and we are really excited to see Robbie continue to progress and develop with us.”
