Falkirk FC is delighted to announce the signing of striker, Marcus Haber on a season long loan from Dundee FC.

The Canadian international, who has been capped 27 times for his country, signed late this evening and if clearance is received in time will be available for tomorrow’s match v East Fife.

Marcus began his senior career in the MLS with Vancouver Whitecaps, before playing for a host of teams in the UK including St Johnstone, Crewe Alexandra, Stevenage and Dundee.

At 6ft 3” the forward is a commanding figure and is already well known to Bairns boss, Paul Hartley who signed Marcus for Dundee.

Speaking of his 14th summer signing, Paul Hartley, commented: “I am absolutely delighted to recruit a player of Marcus’ calibre. I am surprised that a player of his quality has become available, but equally pleased to have him signed.

“He will add great experience and presence to our front line and I am sure will contribute with goals too.

“We identified the need to strengthen our frontline and I feel the signing of Marcus does just that.”
