The Bairns return to Ladbrokes Championship action this Saturday as Queen of the South visit The Falkirk Stadium.

Both sides approach the match in search of their first league victory of the season.

Kick off is at 3:00pm with turnstiles open from 2:00pm.

PAUL HARTLEY’S PRE-MATCH THOUGHTS

“We are a team in progress, but it’s not the start we’ve been looking for. In the two games that we have had I have seen some promising things and some indifferent things. It’s going to take time, we’ve had to bring 16 players in, it was never going to be an overnight success, but we have got to keep working hard and put the strongest team on the park available to us.

“We played some good play against Rangers in the first half and some good stuff against Inverness and Partick in the second half, but we have got to try and build it in to the majority of the game.

“Queen of the South are a good team. I watched them last weekend against St Johnstone and they’ve got a front four that will cause any team problems on their day with Dobbie, Harkins, Dykes and Andrew Stirling. Dobbie is probably the best striker in the league so we need to watch that, but I hope that we can go and exploit the weaknesses that they do have.”
