Falkirk FC is raising funds for two local charities this Christmas as we offer fans a unique Secret Santa gift.
Supporters can purchase a voucher to attend either our match against Inverness CT on 26th January or Queen of the South on Saturday 2nd February as a Christmas gift for just £10.00.
From the £10.00 purchase price, £5.00 will be donated to Strathcarron Hospice and £5.00 will be donated to Falkirk Foodbank. Your Christmas gift really can make a difference to those that need it most in the local area.
Kieran Koszary, Falkirk FC Commercial Director, said: “We are proud to launch this initiative which will support two charities that are close to the hearts of everyone connected with the football club. Whilst the festive period is a time of celebration and joy it can also be an extremely difficult time for those less fortunate and hopefully this gesture by the club can help put a smile on the faces of those in need.”
Claire Macdonald, Business Development Fundraiser, Strathcarron Hospice, said: “We are delighted to work in partnership with Falkirk Football Club and Falkirk Foodbank on this refreshing Secret Santa initiative. £5 from each Secret Santa Voucher will pay for a hand or foot massage for one patient at Strathcarron Hospice. This is such a kind gift to those in our care and will help to reduce pain and anxiety whilst improving sleep. For those looking for a great Secret Santa present or a stocking filler for friends or family, I do hope you’ll consider purchasing this gift which really will make a difference to local people at the most difficult of times.”
Jim Couper, Chairman, Falkirk Foodbank, added: “We would like to thank Falkirk FC for this creative initiative which will make a help make a difference to the people we support. This gesture can help brighten up someone’s life or simply stop them from going hungry”
