Falkirk Football Club have partnered up once again with Falkirk Council’s Take the Right Route team to launch their ‘Be Bright, Be Seen’ school competition.
The clocks go back this weekend and the darker nights will be upon us. The ‘Be Bright, Be Seen’ campaign is to encourage the school community, who walk, cycle or scoot to school, to ‘Be Bright, Be Seen’ by wearing hi-visibility clothing or use lights to help drivers see you whilst you are out and about during the winter months.
School pupils are invited to design a Hi-Viz vest based on the theme of ‘Be Bright, Be Seen’. The pupil with the winning design will receive a Hi- Viz vest with their unique design on it! The winning school will also receive ‘Be Bright, Be Seen’ goodie bags for all pupils to enjoy.
Kieran Koszary, Commercial Director, said: “As a club we work with thousands of young fans over the season through our Tickets for Schools and Under 12’s Go Free initiatives so we are proud to be involved in raising awareness of the Be Bright Be Seen Campaign.”
The club will be promoting this campaign on a matchday through our warm up and substitute bibs and during our weekly school visits and various other initiatives.
