During Saturday’s 50/50 Draw a tremendous £3267 was raised for MND Scotland in memory of David Hagen.

Thank you to each and every supporter who took part, culminating in our highest 50/50 total to date.

Commenting on social media, MND Scotland, said: “Thank you to all the fans at Falkirk FC and beyond who supported this record 50/50 draw! Every penny will help fuel vital motor neurone disease research and support services for people affected by #MND.”

On behalf of the club, Commercial Director Kieran Koszary, added: “We would like to thank the fans once again for their phenomenal support on Saturday to raise funds for a wonderful cause. David was highly thought of by everyone and after consulting the family we felt it was fitting to donate our share to MND.”

A formal cheque presentation to MND will take place soon.

David’s funeral will take place this coming Friday, 7th August.

The cortege will leave from Thomas Cuthell & Sons, Broad Street, Denny at 10.50am, turn left at Denny Cross and travel onwards through Bonnybridge Toll.
