The Scottish Government have indicated that fans will be allowed back into sports stadia in the near future.

As we plan for the potential return of supporters to the Falkirk Stadium, we need you to ensure we have the most up-to-date contact details for you.

Under the current circumstances things change frequently, usually at very short notice, so we need to be able to reach you quickly to update you on any changes that may affect you coming to the stadium.

We will communicate all stadium access information via the club website, email, social media channels and potentially mail dependant on timescales so please visit https://falkirkfc.tickethour.co.uk/ and follow the following steps:

  • Login using your email username and password
  • Click on “My Account”
  • Check details and amend if need be

All season ticket holders will have an account created; if you have never logged into your account online previously please follow these steps:

  • Visit https://falkirkfc.tickethour.co.uk/
  • Please click ‘Forgotten Password’
  • Please then enter your email address and click reset password
  • Allow for a 5 minute wait then check your email inbox where your new password will be provided – *check spam / junk folder if you have not received an email to your inbox after 5 minutes*
  • Login using your email username and password
