NEWS

We would like to thank fans for their patience and for working with us as we continue to develop and improve our Falkirk TV service.

Since the start of the season our help desk have managed to assist almost everyone who has had problems with streaming the game, and they have isolated the most common problems and issues that have come to the help desk over the last few months!

When buying pay per view, you must log in prior to buying if you have an existing account. This links the purchase to your account, so all you need to do on matchday is log in and the stream will be ready and waiting for you! If you do not have an account or do not log in before purchasing, you will be prompted to create an account. Any fans who have previously done this should contact support@falkirkfc.tv to have this issue fixed.

In order to watch the game, you must buy pay per view at least half an hour before kick off. After this live programming has begun and access has closed, we cannot guarantee access even if pay per view was purchased if it was bought closer than 30 minutes before the beginning of the game.

The helpdesk is unfortunately unable to help with any hardware issues. This includes difficulties casting to a different device, issues with cabling or accessing Falkirk TV on a different browser than outlined below.

We recommend using the following browsers and versions on Windows 7 or later or macOS Sierra (10.12.6) or later:

Chrome 30+ (has automatic updates)

Firefox 27+ (has automatic updates)*

Microsoft Edge

Safari 9+

Mobile viewers can use Android (Lollipop) version 5.0+ or iOS version 12.4+.

Samsung users: The Samsung Internet browser (all versions) is not supported by Falkirk TV. We recommend installing Chrome instead.

Please buy pay per view and log in as early as possible. This allows us to deal with all issues well ahead of kick off, meaning everyone gets to see the game! Streaming begins from an hour before kick off and ppv is available from at least the Wednesday prior to the game, so there’s plenty of time to have everything ready to go for the referee’s whistle!

We would like to once again thank fans for their support in these unprecedented times!
