One year ago, Falkirk Football Club began our Virtual 50/50 draw as a unique way to generate funds for the club in the first lockdown, while also giving something back to the supporters.

Since then, nearly £120,000 has been raised, with the proceeds going towards helping both the club and our community. One lucky fan has taken home the cash prize each week, but it hasn’t stopped there! Falkirk supporters have done everything from see games as a guest of the boardroom to take on members of the playing and coaching staff in the crossbar challenge, as we have worked to give as many Bairns as possible an experience to remember in a year to forget. Our partners Fanatikool Furnishings have played a massive role, helping provide a variety of unique and one-off pieces of Falkirk FC memorabilia that now adorn bedrooms, offices, and man caves across the central belt.

Multiple amazing charities have also benefitted, with money raised going to Strathcarron Hospice, Poppy Scotland, Legion Scotland and MND Scotland. These funds have been vital to some of our charity partners as we help them continue their vital work in these tough times.

To celebrate 12 months of the 50/50 we have paired up with our partners at Fanatikool to offer up some amazing bespoke Falkirk merchandise, along with what promises to be a bumper cash prize!

Our second prize this week is a Falkirk chair, perfect for working from home, gaming, or even watching Falkirk TV!

We are also delighted to offer a signed Scotland top from our Sporting Director, Gary Holt! The top will be given a custom frame by Fanatikool before being given to the lucky winner.

Kieran Koszary, Commercial Director, said:

“On behalf of the club I would like to give a massive thank you to the Falkirk supporters who have backed us so magnificently through our 50/50 draw.”

“When I first had this idea, we had no idea of the success it would have. It really is a credit to the fans that we are now able to celebrate one year of the virtual 50/50!”
