Following the recent Q&A the Club promised to publish a new email address which gives supporters a way to communicate directly with the Board of Directors. 

Supporters can now utilise the board@falkirkfc.co.uk email address to contact the Board with any questions you may have around the governance or operation of the Club.

We also agreed following the Q&A to publish a list of our work since January 2021.

  • Expanded fan ownership by over 400,000 new shares, including 19 first-time shareholders
  • Working with Falkirk Supporters Society to appoint a Fan Representative on the Board
  • Agreed and implemented a new Football Model that will protect the club from instability going forwards
  • Developed and agreed a new 5-year plan for the club
  • Appointed a Sporting Director to re-establish our football infrastructure
  • Established a Youth Development Programme (it is likely we will have two new youth teams in 21/22)
  • Hired a very well qualified and experienced Youth Development Coach
  • Trialled over 60 kids ages 15-19 (we only expect that this will increase over the summer)
  • Appointed a fulltime head of Scouting & Recruitment
  • Appointed a fulltime Head of Performance
  • Completed a thorough search and recruitment process for a new Head Coach
  • Recruited a new, highly experienced, Goalkeeping Coach
  • Recruited a new Assistant Head Coach
  • Implemented a new, highly incentivised, player wage structure
  • Implemented new player bonus structure
  • Invested in new data analysis and scouting software
  • Re-established a scouting network for Scotland (this will increase to include England & Ireland in the coming season)
  • Implemented a system of Positional Profiling and profiled all of the current squad and potential recruits
  • Developed a 20-point profile for each Position
  • Cleaned house on the 20/21 squad
  • Have a minimum of 3 signing targets identified per position
  • Scouted all new recruits “live” a minimum of 3 times, most have been watched over 7 times
  • Held initial meetings with three new investors
  • Initiated review of IT infrastructure
  • In process of developing a new club website
  • Replaced storm damaged floodlights and roof panels
  • Revamping our merchandise offerings and outsourcing our online retail operations
  • Agreed contract with a new front of shirt sponsor
  • Recruiting a Chief Executive for the club (announcement shortly)
  • Recruiting a new Commercial Executive (announcement shortly)
  • Kicked off a pitch review process
  • Prepared the stadium and staff for the “return of fans” – large COVID related effort
