NEWS

We are pleased to update supporters on the ticketing situation ahead of our next home game vs Dumbarton, scheduled for Saturday 8th January 2022.

In-line with government guidelines the fixture will be limited to a crowd of 500 spectators. The club has worked closely with our ticketing provider over the last week, with the aim of creating an online solution, however this has once again proven not to be possible. A ballot system has subsequently been created internally, to ensure priority access for season ticket holders, whilst giving supporters the chance to enter as a family bubble.

How to enter

Season ticket holders who are able to attend the game, and wish to be included in the ballot are therefore invited to apply by emailing tickets@falkirkfc.co.uk no later than 5pm on Friday 31st December 2021. Any entries after this date/time will not be included.

All emails should include in the Subject ‘Dumbarton Ballot’ and the email should include full name (as printed on season card) and the 9-digit season ticket account number. For those applying as a family bubble, please include this information for ALL tickets applied for.

Supporters should note the following prior to entering the ballot –

  • The ballot is not open to season ticket holders who successfully obtained a ticket for the Boxing Day fixture versus Clyde FC
  • Tickets can be applied for individually or as a family bubble. A family bubble can include season ticket holders from the same household, those who are responsible for an under 12 at the match, or a family member you attend the football with (these tickets can all be applied for on one email with full details of every ST Holder required)
  • Disabled season ticket holders should also enter the email ballot – if successful they will be appointed a carer ticket automatically
  • SEASON TICKETS ARE NOT VALID FOR THIS MATCH

If successful in obtaining a ticket via the ballot an email will be sent to all successful applicants only early next week. The email will be sent by Ticketmaster and contain your e-ticket for the match.  All tickets will once again be in the Main Stand with unreserved seating.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
