The Crunchie Initiative in association with Behind the Wall and Agilico Workplace Technology bring you ‘The Legend’s Lock-In’ at Behind the Wall on Thursday the 14th of April 2022.
This event is the first of its kind, and promises to be a great night for all Bairns fans as they will be able to enjoy an exclusive evening with the 1997 Falkirk squad and staff, reliving that magnificent cup run of 25 years ago.
Joining us on the night will be Alex Totten, Albert Craig, Andy Gray, Andy Seaton, Jamie McGowan, Kenny Ward, Kevin McAllister, Mark McGraw, Neil Oliver, Paul Mathers, Scott Crabbe and Scott McKenzie as well as some of the backroom staff from that period with Ian McIntyre, Tom O’Neill and Jim Dawson.
The purpose of the night is 2 fold: to bring the team back together to celebrate with the fans, and to raise money for the Chris Mitchell Foundation and MND Scotland, in honour of Paul McGrillen and David Hagen, two of the cup heroes who are sadly no longer with us.
There will also be a raffle and auction to raise the final funds needed for the rebranding of the South Stand as the Kevin McAllister Stand. Over £500 worth of prizes are on offer as well as items of Falkirk memorabilia.
There will be two ticket types: One for a sit down dinner with members of the ’97 cup squad and another which will allow entry to the bar areas during dinner service.
John McInally, Producer of Clyde’s ’Bowie at Breakfast’ and ‘Football Daft’ podcast will be our host for the evening. There will be a short Q and A session with our guests before dinner, and some of the players will help with our raffle and auction.
The venue will be accessible only to those who have tickets on the night. They are limited so if you would like to join our Falkirk legends then please buy soon. Please note that dinner tickets are sold out and it is now General Admission tickets only which will allow access to the bar during dinner service and the rest of the venue afterwards. There will also be a menu available from 8pm for anyone who would like to order food.
After dinner, the players will do a short stint selling drinks behind the bar to earn more money for our charities and allow guests the chance to be served by one of their heroes. Additionally, there will be photographers there on the night to allow you the chance to get your photo taken with members of the squad.
We will also be playing clips of that season on the screens throughout the night along with a playlist of 90s hits to add to the nostalgia.
If you would like to attend and help us raise money for two very worthwhile charities, then you can buy your ticket using the following link…
