KIT MANAGER ROLE UPDATE

The Club can confirm a change within the Kit Manager role at The Club.

Long serving employee of The Club Robert Lochhead has departed Falkirk. Bob joined The Club as part of the ground staff team and became Kit Manager in the 2019/20 season.

He leaves The Bairns with the best wishes of everyone at The Club.

Bob has been replaced in his role as Kit Manager by Chris McGill. A lifelong Falkirk fan, Chris has spent the last ten years working in a variety of roles across our partners the Falkirk Foundation. He has spent the last few weeks working with Bob to ensure a seamless transition and has now moved forward into his new role within the footballing department.
Falkirk Manager John McGlynn commented:
“Bob has been a great servant to Falkirk Football Club over the last 15 years and deserves a massive amount of credit for his efforts in that time. Speaking for Paul and myself, we could not have managed the transition into the Club as quickly if not for his support and willingness to get the job done. On behalf of everyone at Falkirk, I would like to wish Bob all the best in his future career.
“In Chris we have someone who has shown a great willingness to learn the job requirements in a short space of time, and who has done brilliantly so far to handle the changeover in a smooth manner for the playing staff. I would like to welcome him into the footballing side of The Club, and I look forward to working with him over the rest of the current season and into the future.”
