Next up for The Bairns is another home game as we host Kelty Hearts at The Falkirk Stadium.

Kick-off is at 3pm on Saturday 22nd October.

We take on Kelty Hearts for the second time this season as we look to extend our unbeaten run to seven games.

The last time the two teams faced off against each other it didn’t end well for The Bairns who suffered a two-nil defeat at New Central Park in Kelty. First-half goals from Joe Cardle and Scott McGill were enough to take all three points in what was an off day for Falkirk, who haven’t lost a game since.

Since getting their first win of the season that day, Kelty have climbed a couple of places in the league standings after picking up three more wins. They come to The Falkirk Stadium on Saturday on the back of two consecutive wins against Queen of the South and Clyde. Their current form sees them eighth in the table, six points ahead of ninth placed Clyde.

The Bairns haven’t lost a game since their trip to Kelty back at the start of September and are looking to keep their run of good form going. A draw against Montrose at Links Park was the only hiccup in a difficult October which has so far seen Falkirk pick up 10 points from a possible 12. We now sit second in the table, four points behind the leaders.
