Queen of the South use an e-ticketing system and fans are advised to purchase their tickets online in advance. Tickets may be available to purchase at the ground, if absolutely necessary, from the QoS Arena Ticket Office at the home side of the stadium.

Falkirk fans will be accommodated at the South end of the BDS Digital Stand.
