NEXT UP: WICK ACADEMY
Kick off is at 3pm, Saturday 26th November.
This Saturday we make the 255 mile trip North to play Wick Academy for the second time in our history.
The last time we faced the Highland League team was in a friendly match in 1996 when goals from Maurice Johnston, Scott Mackenzie and Neil Oliver secured a three-nil win for Falkirk.
Our opponents haven’t been on the best run of form in the league. Prior to their last fixture, Wick were without a win in five in the Highland League but go into this Saturday’s game on the back of an important win against Deveronvale.
Wick currently sit 10th in the Highland League standings.
The Bairns travelled to the home of Hamilton Academical at the weekend to take on Clyde as they looked to narrow their gap to league leaders Dunfermline. It wasn’t to be as Jim Duffy’s side took the lead on two occasions, forcing Falkirk to come from behind to rescue a point in a six goal thriller.
Falkirk remain second in League One on 28 points.
This match will be pay at the gate, with turnstiles operating on a cash only basis.
Tickets are priced at £10 for adults and £5 for concessions. Concessions apply to over 65’s and Under 16’s. Under 12s will go free if accompanied by an adult.
There will be three gates open to all spectators – one gate at the top of the ground and two gates at the bottom. All gates will open at 1:30pm.
In order to ease congestion, supporters are requested to arrive in good time and have correct money ready for their entry fee.
Supporters coaches and cars can park on both Northcote Street and Harrow Hill, shown on the map below.

Falkirk TV will be streaming the match live for Overseas Subscribers.
