Working alongside the club’s Management Team and Head Physiotherapist, you will be part of the club’s football staff, supporting the players by making pitch-side medical assessments and coordinating their emergency and non-emergency medical care.
The ideal candidate would be a fully qualified GP or Doctor who has completed specialist training and has an interest in Sports Medicine. Existing sports medicine qualification, pitch-side care qualification and indemnity are desirable, but doctors still in training are welcome to apply. We would look for a candidate to have a passion for Falkirk FC or for football in general.
The role requires the individual to be available for home games throughout the season, however a flexible working pattern can be agreed. Additionally, the Club Doctor is required to keep in regular contact with the Head Physiotherapist to ensure a holistic approach to player care.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a progressive professional football club with first class facilities, supporting the players to enable them to perform at their very best.
- The role is part-time and permanent.
- The role takes place at Falkirk FC home games.
- Remuneration dependant on experience and availability.
