The club carried out a tender process over a period of months, starting in 2022, with the aim of finding one partner to look after all aspects of IT and Communications, including telecoms, print, connectivity, and IT support. The process also offered the opportunity to migrate all staff onto a cloud-based system with the aim of improving efficiency and security.

The club received several strong bids, with Indigo winning the contract based on the strength of the overall package and the impressive references received. Indigo have also supported the club by taking out match sponsorship and advertising space within The Falkirk Stadium.

Indigo Communications will work in partnership with The Bairns for the next five years.
